Hot Chia Green Tea Pudding

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup chia seeds
  • ½ cup MiiTea Green Tea
  • 3 tbsp natural yoghurt
  • 1 tspn vanilla yoghurt
  • ½ tspn raw honey (optional)
  • 1 chopped kiwi fruit
  • 1 chopped strawberry
  • Homemade rawnola (oats, chocolate & hazelnut mixed together) 

Method

  1. Brew the MiiTea Green Tea
  2. Pour into a bowl, add in chia seeds & mix together (should gel quickly due to hot tea)
  3. Mix in yoghurt, vanilla extract & raw honey (if desired)
  4. Top with kiwi fruit, strawberry & rawnola
  5. Enjoy!
